History
In 2019, shortly after graduating from university, Ashly, who is the founder of Finalkey, found himself at a crossroads due to the impact of the pandemic. Feeling uncertain about his future, Ashly, who had always been passionate about computer gaming, decided to explore opportunities in the e-commerce market. With the recommendation of a friend, he started selling computer peripherals and accessories on platforms like Lazada and Shopee in Thailand.
As someone deeply immersed in the gaming world, Ashly soon realized that the available brands and products did not meet his expectations in terms of quality and value for money. This realization sparked the idea of creating his own brand. In 2021, Ashly went back home and founded his own brand and team, Fancytech. Their first venture was the release of the FancyAlice66, a customizable keyboard. Although not perfect, the FancyAlice66 gained a positive reputation for its impressive price-performance ratio.
However, a few months later, due to trademark registration issues, the brand name had to be changed from Fancytech to Finalkey. This change coincided with a collaboration with Cidoo, resulting in the release of the Finalkey x Cidoo V65, a highly sought-after customizable keyboard kit that sold out within minutes of its First launch.
Fast forward to 2023, the release of the Finalkey V81plus, a 75% layout customizable keyboard kit, further solidified Finalkey's reputation as a brand offering exceptional value for money and endless possibilities for customization. Along the way, Finalkey faced numerous challenges and took some detours, but their original vision remained unchanged - to provide keyboard enthusiasts with high-quality products that strike the perfect balance between performance and affordability.
