We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to notify that you would like a refund, and 14 days to send us back your items. However, we do not accept returns on any custom design orders created through the 'Atisan Keycaps Customshop' or 'Design Your Own Keycaps' section of our website along with any product that has been customized or personalized to your specific requirements. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Clearanced items are not eligible for returns. All sales final.
Usually it takes us 2 working days to prepare your order. (custom item such as custom artisan keycaps will take longer time) .
For most of the countries it will take 7-12 days for the order to be delivered. If you choose expedited shipping it will cost you another 10-20$ and it will take 3-5 days for UPS/DHL to deliver to you.

Finalkey V81plus Keyboard Kit

I bought this keyboard in mid December so it was slow getting to my country from Japan due to holiday volume, but once it finally arrived here it was sent all over the place by the post office. At one point it was as close as 2 cities away; and at another point is was on the other side of the country. This went on for about two weeks before it was "seized for fraudulent postage". I have no idea what went on but Finalkey sent me another kit, no questions asked.

Came in quicker than expected. This is my first keyboard. Good quality and has some weight to it.
Used the downloads but VIA was still not working.

Really loving this keyboard kit!
It was easy to build in, made my keys sound nice and thocky, looks great and has really good quality for the price!
A few minor down sides I have are the following:
1. There are a few glitched pixels at the top when connected using 2.4Ghz USB.
(The default display does not have these glitched pixels, only the custom images/gifs screen does)
2. If the keyboard goes to sleep on 2.4Ghz mode (which happens automatically after 5 minutes) and it then wakes up again by typing, then the connection is noticeably slower, it lags behind when typing and feels really sluggish, turning the keyboard off and on again does fix this issue, but it's quite annoying.
3. When the keyboard wakes up from sleeping, the glitched pixels are gone, but like I said, the connection feels really slow and sluggish, after restarting, the glitched pixels appear again.
4. Lack of customization when it comes to the screen, I would've really loved to see more options to customize the screen, the default screen for example shows some stats about the keyboard.
It would've been really cool to be able to display stuff like battery percentage on a custom layout/screen with the imagetool program.

Keyboard is really easy to build. It has really solid construction. Combined with good switches and keycaps is awesome. Software is simple and easy. It was delivered to Poland really fast without any problems (no additional fees, damages etc.). It was great choice to buy this keyboard. It’s only minus is small aluminum usb storage cover which is really easy to scratch.
